Very clever, G. Boyd! It took some time for me to get this image to work. I sensed immediately that this stylized image of a wrestler's face would be another of your spectacularly naughty "magic" pictures that reveal a hidden image (I have shown your earlier image of the locomotive to several friends and it was quite the hit!). You tricked me with this picture! I wasn't expecting that I might need to fold it in such an intricate manner to unlock its magic. You've outdone yourself!
I see that no others have commented here - I am ashamed at how long it took me to solve this amazing picture puzzle, but I rejoice in having seemingly solved it first!
The Bible's first metalworker, Tubal Cain, must have spent hours in the shop musing and monkeying around before he produced his finished products. So it will be here - a place to collect ideas and scraps and to work them into something better and more useful.

"OBEY" indeed!
Careful, Mr. Darcy, careful. Overexuberance could lead to blindness!
